Limitation on recovering files from Recycle Bin
:

When you delete files from a removable media like floppy disks, zip drives or any files from a compressed folder, the recovery of data might be a problem or difficult to achieve. Physically the file is not deleted. It remains in the same place, only the entry directory it’s moved in a hidden folder. All the information is kept in a hidden index file called INFO2 in the Recycled folder. That’s why when you try to recover a file using Recycle Bin and you find this as being empty, it’s because the INFO file is corrupted, so that you can’t find the original path to the file. The only thing you can do is to search it with the Windows search option. If all these fails, then try to delete the INFO file from DOS prompt. This will force Windows to create another Info file, and will find the deleted files which will be stored in the Recycle Bin.
